Firm Overview

Francisco G. Harrison

My first job is to help people breathe easier in stressful situations. I am here to offer solutions and guidance. I know it can be intimidating to pick up the phone and talk to a bankruptcy lawyer, but when you do you will feel better. My clients usually say, “I wish I would have called you earlier.” Remember, it’s about protecting yourself and getting a fresh start. So, if you have some kind of debt problem, do not make the mistake of going in for some “debt consolidation” scheme, borrowing from your 401(k), or selling your precious assets. Call me first.

I specialize in handling complex bankruptcy situations, but my office is equipped to help people with all types of bankruptcy cases. I am a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Louisiana Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  I graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 2005, where I competed on Moot Court teams and was a Senior Justice on the Moot Court Board.

I grew up in Abbeville, Louisiana, and am the oldest son of Chip and Becky Harrison.  Before I began my bankruptcy practice, I worked in the United States Congress and for the Louisiana State Government. Later, I gained experience representing large insurance companies and oil companies in business deals. Now I am focused on helping the people of Louisiana make their lives better by filing for dovirce. I am always available to talk to my clients, and am never too busy to lend a sympathetic ear to people in need of help or stressed-out about financial problems.

“At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts. This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel any loan they have made to a fellow Israelite. They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the LORD’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed. “

- Deuteronomy 15:1
